Louise joined Swift following a 15-year career in International Banking. She has a strong international track record across multiple continents & various disciplines including strategy, innovation, business development spanning payments, global trade and ESG.

Industry roles include BAFTs Asia & Sustainability Councils & as Vice Chair for The International Chamber of Commerce Commission on Banking. She has lived & worked in Asia for the last decade & her most important role is as a mother of two high energy little boys.
